The depression is letting up a bit. I'm still missing C like crazy, but the communication is so different this time. I get a short email about once a week and a phone call about every 2 weeks. I love both, but it's really hard to get used to.
Jack and I have been having a great time though. His eighth birthday was last Saturday. He got a bunch more pirate stuff. Here he is about to dive into the Kracken. "Hello Beastie"
We hang out and play pirates and watch movies till late. This weekend is a "Jack and Mama" weekend, so we are making big plans. Lots of movies, popcorn and giggles.

And I'm glad I can influence someone in a positive manner. Just don't hold me to too high a standard. I'm going to fall again. Its inevitable. The ups and downs will continue for a time. But until I crash again, I'll enjoy the ride. Even the little dips because they are not the bottom I was found.
