On Monday the 1st my parents gave me a 30 hour notice I was flying to Japan. (I live in Los Angeles). They have a house there & needed some help. I was definitely stressed on the flight there with such little time to pack but I had the BEST time. I came home yesterday & missing it so hard. I can’t stop thinking about the food & how I can’t wait to go back in January to visit them & see more places.
Also a lot of friends asked did I cover all my tattoos & I didn’t. My parents are heavily tattooed & they’ve never had a problem in their 10 years(except no onsens unless it’s private). They told me as long as you’re respectful & conservative in general I wouldn’t have a problem so I did keep my booty shorts at home but I still dressed like myself (:
