i wish my grandmother had email. then i remember she can't even use the telephone anymore. i know she's up right now, holding some weird-ass large print book, the plot slipping away behind her as she bullies her way through the pages. reading was always her thing - her brain is shaped for books after decades of taking them in - and as long as her good eye holds up, it will continue that way. even those closest to her have no idea how much or how little she can truly follow the storyline.
i'm all sentimental after having gotten sucked into watching _finding neverland_. goddam pay channels. i cried like a little girl through the whole thing. i knew i was being brutally manipulated by the plot, but i couldn't help myself. and the little boy actor is so irresistable (in a wholesome way!).
i wish guitargeek would watch finding neverland. it's ok baby, you don't have to report back.
sleep seems like a joke right now, but maybe i'll surprise myself. 'night babies.

I wonder what our technology our grandkids will be wishing we knew how to use but we still use old fashioned "words"
