This week has been a bit of a up and down week. At the start of the week I found out that I am keeping my job which is a relief but it was pretty shitty for the people who didnt get through the cuts. Not sure what I would have done if it had been me, I have only been sacked before and that isnt nice either.
Then on Wednesday I went to see Metallica in Nottingham and they blew me away. Machine Head were supporting them and they were pretty awesome too, never really heard much of there stuff before but was impressed. The light show was mental and the crowd were totally up for it it too. Felt a bit sorry for the people sitting down, not sure I could go to a gig and just sit there???
Off to see the Killers next week, not one of my first choices of bands to see but Lady T wanted to go so it should be pretty cool.
Currently watching Twelve Monkeys which I havent seen for ages!

Well, I wouldn't say it's their loss after all they have no attraction to me in that way and that's fine, just a little disheartening after a few too many times for my own liking.

Hah. To add to confusion, a guy I asked out last month who said he wasn't interested told me he was interested this weekend and just felt intimidated/awkward before. Does anyone actually say what they mean anymore? x
