I am ashamed to say that I was the most excited I have been in ages this morning when my new GHD hair straighteners arrived. They cost 80 god damn it! Im not normally so ridiculously girly that I would spend do much on such an item but I've worked a lot this summer so it was a treat. This treat, together with going to Leeds yesterday where I was not stopped by Si on indulging in my H and M obsession, has meant that I am well and truly brassic! When I was thinking I had worked a lot this Summer and thus could spend like a demon, I forgot that all the money I had actually earnt has gone on rent and bills! FUCK!!!
Anyway there is a point to this dull explanation of my financial situation. basically as I'm poor I wont be going out an awful lot now until I go to Edinburgh which means I may go a little crazy there! Severe steam release before I go back to Uni methinks. I will make much of my dirty/touristy/SG social weekend in Edinburgh!
so what can I do for cheap entertainment for the next month people? Otherwise boredom may kill me before said weekend!

i actually love cruel intentions, i get all upset when they're mean to buffy at the end. i think i'd be hard pushed to convince a bunch of film critic types it was the best film of the year though
