Anyone got any diet tips, exercise tips, life tips on how to feel more awake and refreshed in day to day life?
Driving me mad that i am constantly drowsy, i take an anti depressant at night which helps me sleep without it i suffer bad but, i am noticing i am suffering from worse mood swings, grumpy in the morning always, hard to please. Bit of a chip on my shoulder a long with constantly being slightly achey as if i have done a hard days labour when i have done diddly squat!
I so want to wake up and within an hour feel ready for the day atleast but i find it is 3pm before i manage to sort my hair and makeup and find a plan of action, by which time it is usually too late to start anything productive or worthwhile and everywhere shuts round here about 7 latest.
I want to feel healthy, energised not slumped and sleepy!
Any ideas guys?
