Day after day...The weather is absolutely, fantastically spit on your face GORGEOUS! The sweet smell of exhaust pipes, pollen to make me sneeze all the live long day, the sun shine shinning down on me as I walk the streets with my head held high thinking, "What would Pooh do on a day like today?" Simplicity is the way to go!
"Research is what I am doing when I don't know what I am doing" This quote totally sums me up or at least in the past few days.
FYI All poems are written by me in case curiousity got the best of you. This particular poem was written about a dear friend of mine who past away. Enjoy dolls.
Divine Friendship
Clocks issue a restraint, but you chose to ignore them.
Life to you was an adventure and it was my good fortune to join you on your brief sojourn.
You opened my eyes and heart as if you saw life as through a camera lens with remarkable insight and vision.
A great gift was given to me and that is the privilege of being your close friend.
I need not tell you, my dear Ryan, of just how important you are to me; however I feel compelled to open our book and read one of the pages of the several chapters we wrote through the years to your family and friends and in saying this I have composed a poem in rememberence of you.
You inspired me to view this world through your eyes and gave me your hand to take me through the amazing journey of the life you chose to live.
It is the beginning of an end to the great stories that will be told of the most incredible friend that I had the great pleasures of encountering now that you have moved on.
Lessons were learned.
The melodies still ring in my head of your amazing voice, singing the lyrics and stringing the tunes that made you tick.
I'm at ease knowing I saw you dancing your fancy steps with a gleaming smile on your face before you took your last breathe.
You have taken a part of me and left me with tattoo memories of you and in that knowing you is priceless.
What you have given me is immeasurable and will never be forgotten.
This is the last chapter of our book that will never be complete, my dear Ryan.
You will be with me now and forever...I love you.
This is a very personal poem and I chose to share it with all of you. It still brings tears to my eyes. Whew!
On a positive note, I did get a call back from a respectable company that would like to interview me so I am pleased about that. I shall not uttered a syllable more...
I'm done babbling nonsense so tag your it.
