In other news, the quarter is flying. Flying flying flying. I registered for spring quarter already. Picked up another minor -- philosophy. Searching for internships in Chicago. Always dominated by still life photography (not my bag) and stats homework that takes 5-8 hours a week to successfully complete. Other classes -- history of rock, which has inspired me to collect a plethora of great music from the 50s, and gender-oriented experimental English -- are pleasurable to say the least. Getting by getting by getting by. Having socially momentous weekends for the most part. Missing Carrie a lot of the time. Little funny memories (Valentine's Day weekend) here and there but a true lack of heart-to-hearts. Awkward, post-poned confrontations with men who are painstakingly "golden." Feeling inadequate when compared to "gold." Drinking too much Coke and hot tea. Need a hair cut. Too many nights of needlessly staying up.

Joel is visiting right now. Lunch time and shower. The Simpsons, seasons 3 and 6.
