Oh...
I haven't written in some time. But life has been pleasant. Not overly joyous. By no means horrific. Pleasant. Complaining is trivial and useless and ridiculous and typical.
Since I've written, I've turned 20. My 20th birthday was very, very nice. Here are some things that I did:
1. Went out to eat with my sister, Kendra, and Kayleigh. Olive Garden. Mmm, goodness.
2. Saw Interpol in concert in Columbus with Dan, dad, and Shannon (on my actual birthday, the 25th). The eating of scrumptious pizza followed shortly thereafter.
3. Stayed in Columbus the 25th-29th with Danny Boo.
4. Saw The Simpsons Movie on the 27th (the day it was released) at midnight with Dan, Tom, and Joel.
5. Went out to eat with Dan, Tom, Joel, Carrie, and Jill. Don Pablo's. The restaurant workers sang to me and gave me a free dessert even though it was the 27th and not my actual birthday.
6. Had the massive birthday party on the 28th at Dan's house. Many, many, many people came. It was a good time. I received some interesting gifts including (but not limited to) a purple vibrator, a venus fly trap, and a mini wooden artist mannequin.
7. Went out to eat with my family plus Dan (family birthday dinner tradition). Unfortunately, Shannon was absent. Buca di Beppo (amazing Italian food).
Lollapalooza. Chicago. August 3-5. Joel, Dan, and myself. I did not become severely ill during this particular summer music festival. I saw Motion City Soundtrack, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Spoon, Muse, Kings of Leon, Modest Mouse, and Pearl Jam. T'was spectacular. We stayed at the Hilton and very much enjoyed their elegant breakfasts and friendly hotel staff. T'was marvelous. We also visited the art museum and ESPN... Center? Zone? I don't know its technical name. Anyway, both places were cool, yo. Chi-town has a special place in my heart. There are photographs to be uploaded, photographs to be edited, photographs to be viewed I am lazy, and I digress.
Today, the 12th, is/was my mom's 50th birthday. She is exactly 30 years older than I.
School begins soon. Boo and yay at the same time.
I'm broke all of the time because of Lolla and birthday festivities and car shhhtufff, but at least now I have an auto. Mr. Sundance is fully-functioning. And clean. And mine, all mine.
I don't feel very well at the moment, but I'm positive of this: the lead singer of Interpol is not ugly. Not to me. Stop saying that.

Hey, thanks for the comment. Yeah, I got all my tattoos and most of my piercing & stretching at Evolved. Good place. Partly because the people are good, and partly because it's in walking distance.
