Today is my boyfriend Dan's birthday. He is 20. Wish him a happy birthday. I love him. He's the best.

This break has been pleasant for the most part. Today we're all going bowling for Dan's birthday, and it should be pretty fun. For the past couple of days, Dan and I have been in Bucyrus and Crestline visiting family, friends, and old teachers on top of socially eating to epic proportions. I met his grandparents and his favorite teacher, and he met one of my favorite teachers. Additionally, together we met Jessica's lovely girlfriend Mel. However, before our trip back home, we experienced the hellacious aftermath of Dan's/Tom's/Mitch's birthday party slash St. Patty's Day party extravaganza. Needless to say, there was a ridiculous amount of alcohol present which lead inevitably to several trashed individuals, and there was even some not-so-brief nudity. The day before the party, Damein, Joel, Dan, and I saw Brand New play an amazing set at the Newport. Afterwards we delighted in ice cream, milkshakes, and Mr. Pibbs at Steak and Shake, courtesy of Mr. Badanes' wallet.
On yet another unrelated note.
My parents bought a bunny while Shannon and I were away at college. Her name is Daisy, she's black and white and fuzzy, and I love her to death.

I am a little upset/pissed off at some people's arrogance and insensitivity. Stop being assholes. I am a genuinely nice person, and I go out of my way at times to execute this quality, even when it's nearly impossible to do so. Not everything is a joke. I think that you know this. There are situations that have happened to you/have happened when you were present, and these situations might appear humorous on the surface to others, but these same situations have pissed you off or hurt your feelings. Just keep that in mind. I am not disrespectful to you, so don't be disrespectful to me or my loved ones. Someone who holds title "best friend" should easily grasp the concept I am illustrating.
Additionally, it may sound ridiculous, but after the dozens of times you've let me down, lead me on, hurt my feelings, LIED, and ultimately broken my heart, you don't have the RIGHT to hold a grudge over something so A) small, and B) unintentional. Please keep in mind all of the times I've forgiven you and been there for you when it has been all but easy for me. I deserve a little understanding and a little kindness.
I'll leave it at that so as not to step on anyone's toes.
