A JOURNAL FILLED WITH FUN PICTURES AND SARCASTIC REMARKS!!!
It has been a laid back/slightly hum drum last few days thanks to Baker's Pizza and their collective decision to not schedule me to work this week until Thursday. Fucking asses. I told them I wanted to start working more after graduation. I even wrote a heartfelt little note to Abby, my manager and the individual responsible for making the schedule, explaining my dire financial situation and need for monies. She did schedule me four days the week that I wrote the note, but since then, NAH. Fuck Erica. She can just walk everywhere, eat cereal all day, and pay her college expenses via prostitution or organ vending.
Damein's graduation party was nice, but I had one of those headaches that makes me highly irritable and extremely annoyed. After the party, Jezz and I walked around the car show down town. The car show is very lame and all that, but we had nothing else better to do. We met my friend Cara (who is also Jezz's cousin... and I used to work with her at the Dairy Crest many moons ago) and hung out with her for the rest of the evening. We got some pizza from Baker's, and we stopped to talk to one of Cara's friends from high school for about an hour. It was a fun evening.
Sunday was Tegan's bridal shower and that too was a good time for the most part. She got a lot of nifty kitchen and bathroom gadgets, including numerous entertaining colanders. I want nifty gadgets. I think I'll get married solely for all the presents and parties. Sounds like a deal. I bought Tegan plates and silverware with various-colored polka dots on them.
Sara, Jezz and I hung out all day after the shower. We went out of town to visit Damein, but he was at work. So we went to his work, and he was outside washing the sidewalk. I took a picture of him working because I thought he looked funny, and he sort of got annoyed, but oh well. He works at McDonald's, by the way. Anywho, his bitch boss or whoever she was yelled at us for talking to him even though he was consistently working the entire time we chatted. She told us it was time to "move on," so he could "get his work done." I hate dumbass fast food management personnel who seem to think they have this massive amount of authority that can executed at any time they see fit. You work at McDonald's. Wow. Cool/important job. Guess I better listen to you.

We also went to Michael's to browse, grabbed some Italian food for dinner, and watched The Benchwarmers at the dollar theatre. It was pretty RIDIC, but I Jezz and I laughed really hard during this one part, and it was awkward because we were the only people in the entire theatre laughing, or making any noise, for that matter. Once it got dark outside, we went on a hunt for some chupacabras. On this particular railroad in the country, Nevin took pictures of a very mysterious-looking creature that he discovered dead and half-mutilated. He discovered this creature a few years ago whilst demolishing some old TVs with friends. Upon seeing the pictures, I did some research, and it greatly resembles a chupacabra. Much to our dismay, we didn't find any Sunday night, but it was still creepy. We also visited my grandma's farm and went in the barn to find something creepy. Again, we didn't find anything noteworthy, but I took a picture of my uncle's old car that Shannon, Nevin, and I wrote on last year while we were out there exploring. The first one says, "Erica and Shannon peed here 2/12/05" in case you can't read it.

So, Warped Tour is Friday and I am excited to see Saves the Day, Thursday, Armor for Sleep, and the Buzzcocks, among other bands.
Tonight Shannon and I made dinner for our dad and we all ate together and afterwards Shannon and I went for a walk. It was nice. But now I am very tired and I want to watch something amusing on the television for once.

it's thin and runs a warm-hot temp. that is to be expected when the processor is doing serious work since it is dual core.
though i feel really dirty using an intel based mac. i'm going to feel more dirty tomorrow when i set up windows xp on this thing for games and such.
For instance:
Tad: I could never break Rosalee's heart. OK?
Pete: Good. Because if you do, I swear to God, I will tear you to pieces with my bare hands. Or vicious rhetoric.
I guess people don't know what rhetoric is... All I gotta say is... Hilarious....
P.S. ORANGE CHUCKS ARE AMAZING! I had a pair and fucked them up in Germany. I got another pair but for whatever reason I don't wear them much anymore. I did wear them while wearing the suit in my profile picture, I SHOULD HAVE WON THAT MR [insert school name here] CONTEST! Walking and chewing bubble gum at the same time? Best talent ever....
