I got to do tai chi for the first time tonight, and I gotta tell ya......go try it!!! It's the coolest thing, I have EVER done in my life.The instructor had us push out against him and he had us continue to "push" where he was. Then, (get this) he steps back about 10 feet and just starts to feel the air, and he can actually "feel" the energy we're letting off while pushing outward. It was probably the coolest thing I've ever done, plus I was the only one doing it right. Heh.
Today, of course, I'm sore as all hell, cause I have done practically NO calusthenics (sp?) in nearly a DECADE
so I'm terribly outta shape. But not to worry, it'll all come back to me.
