I did the diet last month too. It's crazy. The first three days of cutting my caloric intake in about a third were absolutely brutal. Then once I was accustomed to that little food, super easy as long as I kept just eating oatmeal, soft boiled eggs and sweet potatoes and the occasional salad. Once I strayed even a bit I was off the diet completely. Did lose about 20 pounds though.
