I'm pretty excited about it. It's being done by the super AWESOME Brandi Bruce here in Fayetteville, NC! She also did my right arm half sleeve that turned out fantastic. She's super good with color and I wanted all my tattoos to be colorful and vibrant so it was meant to be I guess! I go back in a month to get the banners and the wings colored. The wings are going to be more metallic and armored looking, with reflections of the colors from the flames throughout. And the heart is from the band Stick To Your Guns album "Hope Division". It's been pretty exciting, but I think this was my most uncomfortable tattoo so far. First off, I had to shave my chest for the first time in my entire life. It was weird and I felt like a young boy afterwards. I don't like it... but I digress. Compared to my other tattoos, the inside of the arm was pretty tender and un-enjoyable, the ribs were uncomfortable like someone was drilling into my chest, but the sternum was something else. Not only did it feel like someone was cutting on me, but also like they were drilling on me. And also, there is apparently a nerve around there that is connected to your nipples, because it also felt like somebody was twisting the holy shit out of my nipples. That was weird... I did however figure out that I am not a submissive in any way, because at no point was I turned on at all, just tense and then incredibly tired. It was an interesting session to say the least. On a more positive note, the collarbone didn't bother me at all, so the next session should be much easier! Anyway, I hope everyone is having a super fantastical Valentine's Day! Keep It Metal, Party People! \m/
