Well long weekend of helping a friend with his house putting up new fence and pouring a 20x20 pad and then fixing all of his lights. Well at least his wife is happy with all of the stuff we did.
Started a new workout German Volume Training it is 10 sets of 10 Reps at 60% of your one rep max. Lot of pain but worth it to get bigger and stronger. I am trying to reach 400 lbs on the bench 650 lbs on the squat and 800 lbs for the deadlift. Boy is it hard.
