We woke up this morning to find Zo's eyeball all red, swollen and irritated. I went to the vet close by to our house and met the dumbest receptionist I've ever met. Seriously, I'm going to leave a complaint about her. I can't get into the vet until 12pm and the wait is just driving me nuts. He doesn't seem to be in any pain, but he can't keep his eye open all the way and I just feel useless. Why can't our pets tell us how we feel?!
On top of this, Mikes mom flew in from Florida last night and is supposed to show up in about half an hour so I can meet her for the first time. The plan was to make breakfast for her but once she heard the dog story she decided she'll just grab food on her way since we have a lot on our hands. I feel the need to make a good impression. And I'm not even showered yet because I was too preoccupied with little Zoloft...
