I'm realizing my oldest sister is kind of like the glue in my family. If it weren't for her, I would totally alienate the rest of my family and pretend like I'm an only child. That is just how lazy I am to keep in contact with people. It's such a hassle, I know, that is a terrible thing to say. With her off in the navy, that means i'll have to be the one to pick up the slack. I have 5 younger sisters who apparently look up to me, 2 of which are in desperate need of some guidance.

Oh fuck, I just got a text reminder that my sister graduates from college tomorrow. Good thing I have the day off because I sure as hell didn't request the day off.

^^^ and perfect timing, that is just one example of how much I have my shit together. I'm going to call my dad and remind him and pretend like i've known all along. Because honestly, I thought she didn't graduate until December.

ha ha. My dad forgot about it as well. But now we're screwed because we'll look like assholes when we ask her what time the graduation takes place....

See what I mean though? Once she goes off and does her own thing the rest of us will be helpless. My other sisters will be graduating and my dad and I will probably be sitting on the couch together the day of watching movies and eating junk food, trying to remember what important event we forgot
