Customers at my work say a lot of things that create: awkward silences, anger, feeling insulted and other various things that sometimes, I just don't know how to respond. Those of you that know me, know that I suck at small talk, I do not know how to console anyone, I hate customer service, and I don't give a fuck if your cat died. The following are just right off the top of my head.
