Off to London next week, yay! The girl and I are off for a few days, really looking forward to it. We went the same time last year and had great funmore of the same again hopefully. I love London to visit, but I think that it would be exhausting to live there! The last time we both had nasty colds, so that could be part of it. Dunno what we're going to do exactly, but that shouldn't be a problem!

I'm really delighted with myself, if anyone has been reading these little blogs of mine for a while (does anyone? ) you'll know that I've been on a big weight-loss program since I got back from Malta. I'm delighted and proud to say that I'm down a stone and a half since I started. I've more to go, but it's already made a big difference to my health, my appearance, my confidence and even my sex drive! So there. If you want to say "good for you", don't be shy, I'd really appreciate it
