so today I went to the Prompt Care Centre. (you know what was once called the ER but has been split.. one for Emergancy's that require doctors and surgerons, and the Prompt Care Centre for issues that require stiching, cast making and perscription writing.

My neck today was a bit of a pain, I couldn't turn it and it was throbing like no body's business. so I sit there for almost 90 minutes. doctor comes in, tells me I have some how pinched a nerve, or pulled a mucle in my neck.. dosn't really explain the pulsating pain I have but meh.. so he prescribes some meds.. of course this is at 9pm... when all the pharmacy's near by were closed. Meh so no high class drugs for me... of course I chould have gone to shoppers drug mart and picked up something that might have done the trick without having to go to the clinic.. and I'd feel better then I do right now.. extra strength tylenol just isn't cutting it. though it's only been 45 minutes now but advil usually has taken effect right now... shoulda went with that doh.. oh well no worries It's livable any way....
