Well, found out last week that for 10+ years apparently I had a fractured spine lol. So this guy gets to have surgery and have a fusion done. If only it was like a fusion from DBZ or I get an android spinal attachement like out of those Sci-Fi movies that link a spinal cord so you can control a big robot. 🤔 I think...

Gettin back into the gym after a 2 week break is hard. I shouldnt have stopped. Anyone else find motivation a problem when it comes to that?

im trying to find motivation to get back to running after a pneumonia, and its winter and cold during the morning, i just cant >.<

I wouldnt run outside in the winter. Thats my downfall too is running. Glad your over that bout of pneumonia tho. I had it to and it sucks bad.Â
