My lack of absence doesn't go without a good excuse:

The pre-game:


I accidentally straightened my hair, I'm not sure if I like it here. But since then it's grown on me.










Picked up a few essentials for when the girls arrive. Ounce of fluffy purple nugs and an ounce of fresh Pacific NW mushrooms. Too good for words.


The girls arrive, we're headed to San Francisco.

Chinatown was pretty surreal.


We were able to infiltrate some bar, definitely a success. Good times were had there indeed.

Smoked a blunt and a few bowls in Golden Gate park and watched a Portuguese water dog have a ball.

After SF we headed down to Santa Cruz where the best parts of highway 1 are.

Soon after the girls left Luke and I had some family come into town.

Checked out a bunch of small water falls.




Then of course the big one, Multnomah Falls.


Ate at the Full Sail brewery. This picture is taken from a bored six year old's point of view.


Next day got out to Cannon Beach.




Luke was the first one to make a brave leap on the rocks. His view from the top.


It was also Luke's 31st birthday that day. I surprised him with a cookie dough ice cream cake.

That is something that so needs to happen. I know we would all have a blast hanging out. Especially, judging from the pictures you put up. You just seem like the type of person that is totally chill. I bet you and your hubby are toasted as you read this. wink

Yeah, I was pretty bummed about sxsw, but Darin was a doll and drove to Austin for me so I could hear Jim's set, and suprised me with a Jim phone call.. It was crazy. May aye? Exciting! I can't wait, hopefully you make it. smile

Thanks.. He is in a "death metal" band, not too into metal, but his is pretty good. Eh, He treats me like a queen and does no wrong so far. So, I am happy. There is only one down sideto him though, I will privately tell you that one though.

I love, and miss you sooooooooo much!
