The wait is over, I moved in on Friday and I'm completely unpacked. The place is amazing and I'm in pure and utter bliss! If you have a World Market please go there and buy the variety 10 pack of imported beers they offer. We went and bought two last night and had 20 different beers and marked all the ones we thought had the best flavor. It was one of the best drinking experiences because they all taste so different and I was beyond tired of the same old American beers. Did I mention our kitchen table was tested and branded as the best fucking quarters table this side of the panhandle? 
Guitar Hero 80s was pretty kick ass until I beat the game and realized I couldn't buy additional songs, not worth full price, but I would pay thirty.
