i'll tell you what bakes my noodle.

you go to a restaurant with some friends. and they chose a chain.

thats all well and good, even though i'm not such a HUGE proponent of cains, and they are RARELY any sort of vegetarian friendly.

SO you go, and sure enough there is no vegetarian melas available cept the "veggie platter" where you get 4 vegetables and soup.

SO i get my plate of vegetables and order the potato soup, with NO bacon thank you.

then, when the food comes, everyone sits there with their meat platters and condescends to you saying how great your plate looks.

i'm aware it's a plate of vegetables. but i actually LIKE vegetables, so it's not an issue. i don't need people to feel bad for my dietary choices, or try to talk up my food. i'm comfortable with it all. thanks.
