To travel deeper into my geekdom, I'm a huge fucking fan of webcomics.
I shall now list my favorites.
Something Positive.
One of the most amazing comics ever to come to fruition.
I used to read Boy Meets Boy back in the day, when Sandra was Still updating it. Such a sad day when she stopped. She started drawing another comic, but I'll never remember what it was.
There's also the infamous Natalie Dee, whom I've been reading since early 2004. She's hysterical. She also shares the same hideous nightmare that revisits me at least once a week:
Hahahahahahahaha.
(she also has a super entertaining YouTube.)
Her husband, Drew, draws Toothpaste for Dinner, which makes me laugh out loud on a regular basis.
And for my fellow gamers, may I suggest some fucking Nuklear Power?
One of the more artsy-fartsy webcomics that I adore is The Perry Bible Fellowship.
....aaaand the list just gets ridiculously longer from there.
I also have my own little comic diva, Bernadette. But she's not up on the interwebz. At least, not yet. She's not too keen on meeting the general populace. Bernadette hates y'all. She really does. This is her about four years ago when I got my first job, a "utility worker" (a.k.a, cart wench) at a supermarket.
But mostly, I just draw myself (read: I am a vain asshole) in funny and eerily true situations. I still draw these (AND THEY ARE WAY, WAY BETTER), but since my scanner has decided to take a giant shit, it's gonna be a while before y'all see any new ones. And yes, my hair in the comics is exactly the way it was when I drew them. I miss my short, crazy hair.
ANYDANG WAY. Here are some of the older drawings, though.
Enjoy.
