well, 4 days of fire fighting, 42 dead, 5 million burnt trees, 230 affected buildings and 70 of them burnt down later.. it is all over and we can finally breath. we have to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all the countries that have sent over help, i don't think we would have the ability control it any other way. between those countries were the U.S, U.K, Italy, Germany, France, Holland, Spain, Canada , Greece, Romania, Croatia and our close neighbors Egypt, Turkey, and the Palestinian National Authority.
I have yet to see how the Carmel park looks now, since i haven't gone to the university yet which overlooks the park. now that hanukka holiday is over im going back there tomorrow to see the results of this awful fire..
