Hell Day...it lived up to it's name. Over 500 ppl? Try over 600, and that's not including the 50+ employee & employee family pets I did by myself before the vet got there. I got to leave our little area exactly twice in almost 9 hours, once to run to the kitchen to grab my water and apple, and once to pee. No there was no lunch, but because our director said she'd buy us pizza if we brought breakfast there were 5 dozen assorted doughnuts. Ugh. I don't eat doughnuts. And we never got pizza. Oh, and aside from going pee I didn't get to sit down until the drive home.
Then we went to the races. Our tires were no good so we didn't do well at all. There was a 2 hour rain delay between races, during which I napped. We didn't leave the track until 1:30 am.
I had to be to work at 8 this morning, took the hubby for extra help, after that we did a little grocery shopping, went home, watched Hot Fuzz, took a nap. But I kept waking up thinking about what I "should" be doing to get ready for the little one, so I finally got up and got busy. I'll most likely head back to bed soon, I'm still exhausted.
