I'm forcing my body to go in positions it's not used to, has never been in. Forcing it to become uncomfortable and to move outside it's habits. With every new hip twist and every different knee angle, I'm teaching myself to forget you. My body will forget the way it used to drape it's legs over you while we watched tv. It will forget the way it's fingers twitched while talking to you. It will also forget the way it relaxed at the sound of your voice. I will force my body to experience new angles and new sensations. I will do something new everyday, so that it forgets that you never come around anymore.
