My trip to the beach today was great, but it left me with some fantastically awkward sunburns in some fantastically awkward places. Now I have aloe sticking to my pajama pants. Blergh. Why does everything good come with some physically painful penance?

Sometimes there is only one word that completely expresses my feelings. Right now, that word is saudade.
Not so much from an Atheist standpoint, but rather from a biologist's standpoint.
I can definitely see how he might not appeal to everyone, though! hah.
