Guys. I need to get fit.
I'm sick of pinching my stomach and staring at my ass in the mirror for hours. I've had some serious body loathing lately! Must be the weather (sigh, England...). I'm not fat, I know I don't need to lose weight. But I want to be fitter!
So rewind a few months. I was in an accident. It was pretty bad and I was house bound for a month or so. It took me so long to recover. I feel old, my back hurts and my body aches.
I'd like some advice, if you have any.
How do you keep fit?
How do you keep motivated?
Is all the fancy pants protein extras necessary for building muscle?
What good social media can I follow for inspiration?
I've spent the last two hours following some mega babes on Instagram for 'inspiration' 🙊
