i really hate having anxiety.
panic attacks are the worst feeling ever.
everytime i have one,
its always around my family and i try not to make a big deal out of it.
but i really cant help it.
not having control over them just makes them worse too...
i was just at my aunt's house for my little cuz's bday party
and my family was getting ready to leave and sure enough...
...the heartrate went crazy, i couldnt breath, i got dizzy, nausea kicked in.
son of a bitch.
seriously.
i think i got one tonight because i drank too much caffeine today =(
::le sigh::
i love caffeine.
dammit.
o well...
so im slowly becoming obsessed with checking this site lol
i am forever late for things because i cant pull myspace away from checking my new comments and mail...
its awesome though lol
i saw today that im under the "featured SG" section on the site...
im not REALLY sure what that means but it cant be bad! lol
so yay for that!!!!!
anyway, just wanted to stop in and say hi!
