Okay, I have officially set a weight loss/get healthy goal for myself.
I'm going to start working out again and eating healthy as of today. My goal is to look and feel much better by August 20th for my friend's birthday. We are all going to Cedar Point and I'd like to look just as great in a bathing suit as she does. She's got such a great stomach, and mine hardly compares. I don't have much to lose.. maybe 10 lbs. Maybe 15. It's not a terrible amount of weight, but it would certainly make me feel better to have it off.
Okay, so I'm waiting 26 minutes until my laundry is done in the washer, after I put that in dryer, I'm going to go workout. And then I have to get ready for..work.. haha.
Support on this would be wonderful, anything to keep me motivated
