A student made my day, today.
The topic of the day was "What I want to do when I grow up," and a fellow by the name of [Tetsuou] had this to say when called upon:
"When I grow up, I want to be a teacher because I want to pour my love over all children."
I 'bout died trying to keep from laughing out loud in the poor kid's face. The Japanese teacher (and the entire class, for that matter) was waiting for some elucidation, but I wasn't about to explain that little tidbit.
