But I still look at myself and see 260lbs and not my current, 225....

I have recently hired a personal trainer, which has made a huge difference...
But I still see myself big.. posted are pics, from 260+ to current, in bikini.
My best friends have helped me so much through it all, we support and they help me, encourage me and yell at me when I'm being a dumbass
