I think sometimes we can be at such a high for so long when we come down from it its uncomfortable, because change is uncomfortable. I took the last few months to adjust to some changes , in the seasons and my life, handling the ups and the downs. I can say summer always feels like a fresh awakening for me, a burst of energy, a clearing of the mind. Im happy to feel back in touch with myself and back into a flow.
