Dear goodness,
There are so many things that are unhealthy to eat, and trying to avoid them all is exhausting.
Walking into a grocery store I look around and realize that I wouldn't eat like 95% of the food in there.
AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
what I read this evening
things you should and shouldn't eat
I guess I'll just keep doing the best I can eh? (can we talk about how hard it is to be a lazy vegan and avoid unfermented soy?!?!?!)
I wish I had lived in the days before they put chemicals in so many food items

northron:
I suggest some tiered (window) box gardening. And that you move to a urban commune farm post-haste.
