Boring eating habits blog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so my march detox went decent until the end. For the first 23 days or so I only drank twice and it was socially, and only had fast food twice, while on the road ( even though I had packed healthy meals)
Did ok on everything but the no drinking the rest of the month. I would say I was vegan 90% of the month.... vegetarian 95% and only 5% omnivore. ![smile](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/smile.0d0a8d99a741.gif)
Trying again in April!!!!
Also just got a juicer and have been juicing once a day over the past week, not doing the juice fast or anything, just using it as a way to shove 12 ozs of veggie juice into my system, still eating lots of whole fruits and veggies too. Also going to add in a magnesium supplement and apple cider vingear.
I lost 6 pounds in that first 3 weeks of march ( have since gained back 3) Figure if I actually add excercise a few times a week I may see a bit more progress.
