even better! found a studio with a little backyard for 500. its in the ghettoooooo but hey, I'm used to that 
live in a nice place and walk the dog downstairs to pee a lot vs throw the dog in the backyard in the ghetto and go back to sleep. not really even a competition there in my mind.
plus, a few indoor herbs vs a big container garden and compost pile.

Studios are easier to clean and it helps keep a tight reign on the amount of possessions. I don't need much to be comfortable and happy.
