on a positive note, I have made a ton of progress in the garage, (in the after pic everything near the door will be donated) and also realized that I can keep stuff in the rafters of the garage as well when I rent the house out. so I can keep a little bit more than I expected

Erhmahgerd. Sex back injury. As frivolous as my jet ski back injury, only more pleasurable.
