Hola =]
Started juicing 4 days ago as a way to detox. Inspired by Joe Cross's: Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead documentary I saw in January and finally managed to buy a juicer!
So currently rebooting & detoxing: only drinking juices =] it is going very well, lost 5lbs roughly so far and I am enjoying what I'm drinking - surprisingly! They say: drink a rainbow everyday, but I must admit I've not been doing this! =[ today I had one juice at breakfast (purple, so lots of sugar for the day=]), that was around 9am, its now 21.45pm. I have just had several grapes: yes i know its just juice but having 3 grapes now and again is fine I'm sure! lol..so yeah, I'm feeling slightly hungry now but I'm controlling it, and I feel fine =] Too late for more juice now anyway! lol..I guess I just don't really feel like eating/drinking anything for some reason =/ But the 3 days before this I was starving a lot! and I have 2/3 juices a day. Even though I haven't been having as many as I should, I am getting so many more nutrients lol, especially as it's all raw ^_^
I'm feeling a bit down though, fiance isn't being entirely supportive. He's letting me do the juicing, but he ordered a take away: which is my downfall! I would've had 2 large chips with extra extra paprika on..but I've come down stairs and he's eaten it now..SO that means: I've overcome a big hurdle! I can resist and I have willpower lol! Wooo!
Anyway, enough of an outpour for one night lol, doubt anyone will read this anyway I expect xD
