I was thinking about putting this as an anonymous ad in the local newspaper, but I want it to be worded right. What do you think? Any suggestions?

"Lets say your a real estate investor/ developer. What if you bought a cheap house in the ghetto to fix up and you hired a few unskilled people from said ghetto to help fix the house? Effectively providing people with a skill and a job,housing for local families, and renewing the area and its vacant spaces. "


I know this sounds similar to habitat for humanity, but I want it to be more about the jobs and education, not just the housing. confused

What Kili said about you're. Also, I'd avoid calling it the ghetto. There's all sorts of other more "politically correct" terms. Something like... the "older and lower socio-economic sections of the city". I dunno, something like that. Rich people (investors/developers) don't like telling poor people (who live in the ghetto) that they live in the ghetto. Bad publicity for them. (nods)
