Please give me some good advice

She DOES have self esteem issues, it took the docs 5 years to diagnose her as manic-depressive and JUST got her on meds, so while it took the years to figure it out, they put here through all kinds of tests and meanwhile she was being told by everyone in high school that she was crazy.

I dont know where this guy lives, what his phone # is, or even what his last name is. So I cant call the cops. She wont tell me cause shes afraid if she gets him in trouble , their mutual friends will give her shit.
