This case has driven me mad. The threads on SG are obnoxious and quite personally it is a sad business all around.
But want to know the thing that totally started to rub me the wrong way? The fact that so many clergy of the family have made public statements. What the hell happened to clergy-patient privilege? Every day at least once I would see some clergy member who has paid counsel to the Terris parents make a public statement to the media. That just makes my blood boil

yeah the Shiavo thing was really upsetting and ridiculous.
A waste of time and money. and i'm sure that poor women didn't want all that. everybody's an asshole.
