Quote of the Day:
On this day we remember the Goddess who left us as Crone at Samhain, and is to return to us. Come back to us, Lady, and bring the spring.
Lady, the snowdrops have pushed their way through the cold, wet earth, and we dream of your return. Come back to us, Lady, and bring the spring.
The birds return from their winter home. Come back to us, Lady, and bring the spring.
The plants that went down into the earth with you are now close to renewal. Come back to us, Lady, and bring the spring.
The trees are waiting to bring forth new leaves. Come back to us, Lady, and bring the spring.
Come back to us, Lady, and bring the spring.
Cold Winter is gone,
The badger stirs within the Earth.
I welcome the Goddess back once more
To give the land its own re-birth.
The snowdrop comes, the robin sings,
Come now, the Maiden.
In spring and love and Goddess we rejoice.
(Following portion Inspired by the Charge of the Goddess)
I am the Maiden. Know of me. I am Spring, whose head is crowned with leaves and swollen buds. I am the nymph that challenges you. I am the wild wolf woman that knows no boundaries and lives on youth and optimism. I am the beauty of the green Earth and the white Moon among the stars and the mysteries of the Water, I call upon your soul to arise and come unto me. I am the soul of nature that gives light to the Universe. From me all things proceed and unto me they ultimately return.
Bask in my light and feel my caress. Dance with me and I shall lead you to joy, passion, desire, and power and where our toes step upon the Earth, new life shall spring forth
Let my worship be in the heart that rejoices, for behold, all acts of love and pleasure are my rituals. Let there be beauty and strength, power and compassion, honor and humility, mirth and reverence within you. From the Imbolc 2002 Ritual of Four Quarters Coven, ritual compiled by Kara Mueller
I posted the complete ritual to the Pagan Peeps group. I love Imbolc at least as much as Samhain. It is certainly a powerful time of year. As the earth begins to revive and is creating it is the time to create and set my own goals for the coming season of growth.
1. Let me see what will be my list of things to try and achieve for this year:
2. I want to get settled in the house
3. Pay down all the debt we incurred from the move
4. Have a get away vacation with just MadDonkeyAraneda and myself
5. Have sex for the first time with some SG friends One or two particularly.
6. Experience a MFM sucks actually Ive done so many other group set ups but not that one. Well I think I am ready now.
7. Find a decent Local Pagan group or start one myself
8. Loose 20 pounds.
9. Plan for 2006 Family vacation to The Happiest Place on Earth for 1.5 to 2 weeks
I guess I could go on and on but I dont want the list to get out of hand. That is all decent and fairly doable.
So tell me folks out there in SG land, What are the things you want to see come to fruition in the coming cycle of Growth?
And this is here just because they are so friggin hot!!!!!
I think I'll put a saddle on them and ride them until they call me " mama".

Jorja was SO GREAT in last night's episode! Wow - that was an intense scene with Gris and so good! I didn't know any of that was in her past - so that explains a lot! She looked so HOT too - whew... I just have such a crush on her!!
Wasn't that music she was listening to great too (in that scene in her apt before he came). Do you know who that was? Very cool!
And GREAT choice with the Muppets 4-D! Our whole family just loves it! It's so funny and I love the bubbles floating down part.
Happy Friday and have a GREAT weekend!
