Hello my lovelies. I am trying my damnedest to get The Witching Hour by Anne Rice read so that I can read The Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis. The sweet and lovely Silvernut sent it to the family. Much love and hugs to him. I cant wait to dive into it.

Back to The Witching Hour. I have been pleasantly surprised by this book, having only read Rices Beauty Books One, Two and part of Three, (BTW Not_Tom how is #1 going?) I went into this not expecting very much. So far it is pretty good. Let me count the ways: intentional spies and intrigue, ghosts, demons, voodoo, cross-dressing, rough sex, nuns, jaguars (the car), carriages, castles, torture, flappers, jewels, whore houses and INCEST!!!!!! And believe it or not it all pretty much makes sense.
(The Beauty series gets boring by book 3, as a matter of fact, Ive never actually met a person that made it through the entirety of the series. Sigh. BDSM really can be written well but I guess by the time you hit 3 books in the same story it just gets old. There are only so many spankings Beauty can get before I get board of her and want a new slave. )

Ok Im am yet again about to run out of space for my SG Favorite Pics. I encourage you all to take a look at them before I have to delete some of them yet again. And also it makes a great way to discover SG sets and Suicide Girls you may not already know about. I plan on taking this week to look through all my friends Fav SG pics and posting my favorite of their pics to their journal. Feel free to do the same to me.

I am making the noted Carolina Swamp Meat today and plan on posting a pic to share when it is cooked. Yummy.
