Well, finally updating my journal. I have been so busy that I just havent had any time. My dad just went in last week and had a Liver Transplant. He has been waiting for years so we are sooooo thrilled. The donor I guess came from Alaska. There was actually two. It is so weird to think someone else has to die for my dad to live. It doesnt seem fair. My dad was actually the secondary for the liver. The first person went in for surgery but (he had cancer) the cancer spread further than his liver. It is all very interesting how they do all of this. When I was there one night out side of my dads room there was this man with metal legs. So we started talking and he was in for a kidney transplant and also, had a heart transplant, is diabetic and had some of his veins from his legs (the upper part that is left) put in his arm for the Dialysis. Wow, he is all brand new. Just amazing what they can do now. Science Rules!!

I am sorry if I havent been there for my friends. Adore ----I hope everything went well on Monday. I did hear about the results and my sister just found out that she has one two. So you guys will have to share. Roxy------I hope you are doing well with everything (did you see the painting Volks painted for you)! Null--------Sorry I couldnt make it to your bday party. I have been really pooped out. Freckle-----Sorry for not being there on your last days of going out, but we will most defiantly be bothering you at home.
