I remember hearing about this book once...or maybe i owned it,i dont recall but it was a book full of good deeds.
like a different thing you could do everyday, just something small, to make a person smile. Just the tiniest thing like telling someone they look pretty,a total stranger..or helping an old lady with bags...or cooking a surprise dinner for your family.
i dunno, the whole idea of it just sounds awesome and if everybody followed that book they'd be so many acts of random kindness and happy people milling around.i really think that sadness breeds sadness and positive thinking rubs off on others and makes you a healthier person.why dwell on stuff in the past that you now have no control over.lifes too short.
ive made a point today to tell a few special people how i feel about them,my honest thoughts...cause i think as human beings we dont appreciate each other enough and sometimes dont realise how other people influence us and possibly change our lives. I didnt do it to get a responce from them...it just made me feel better to think i might have made them smile for a while.im gonna write to some more of my favourites over the week.
i mean, could you imagine if you had like a life coach,or just someone to pepp you up and reasure you your doing pretty awesome once in a while,i guess thats what friends and family are.we just sometimes get alittle self obsessed.
god i miss my real friends alot but i know we're cool and will be reunited someday soon.
Untill then im gonna try and keep with this hippy bullshit, try and become a better person and think more about my actions and how they effect other people.
no more stupid pointless moods and lack of motivation.lifes pretty good...i should get that tattoo'd somewhere to remind me daily.
oh and i am so happily married...my lifes changed so much and i love it.
its all up from here!
