Happy New Year Beautiful People. Hope you're all having fun. I'm just chilling out after a quiet night in at my Mummys. I've not celebrated New Year for the last 4or5 years. I've worked a few and generally can't be all that bothered. My man was working till 5 this morning, that's a bit shit and he is again until tomorrow morning At my Mums I get my favourite bed, good food and no lack of girlie movies
Anyone made any major resolutions? I made my last one 4 years age, it was - I'm never going to make another New Years resolution. and I've stuck to it for the last 4years, yeay, go me!
This year however there are a few things I'd like to achieve.
1. I'd like to move flat, I live in a lovely flat, however the area is pretty bad. Someone was stabbed to death in my stair on the 6th of december 07. I shouldn't need an excuse to want to move flat but that's a good one if ever I did. I wish I could buy my own place but Edinburgh is really expensive, so a change of location is first on the agenda maybe purchasing my own place can be on 2009s achievement list.
2. Learn how to drive. A car & a bike
3. Save a tenner a week solely for next Christmas. 10 at 52 weeks, you do the math, that should save December Debt
4. Pamper my body more, get a massage once a month, maybe a facial or pedicure thingy. People don't budget for a packet of cigarettes a day. I could afford a massage a week on that!
That's all. I'll keep you informed on my progress. I think I'll ask my Mum for driving lessons for my Birthday, that can kick start me, and soon
I'm going surfing tomorrow, that beats sale shopping

I like that, life is about mentality, and you got that under control.
