So I've begun training...for what you might ask? Well the Ironman competition of course. Yes, I know I am crazy.
Why do I feel the need to do this? I don't know. Life seems to be so boring and repetitive. Hopefully things change soon, I can't take much more of this...
Training this week (damn I hate doing laps in the pool):
Sun (10/2) - 5 mile run, 20-30 bleachers
Mon (10/3) - 12 laps in the pool (I think it's a 20-25 yard pool)
Tues (10/4) - 10 mile biking, 40 incline crunches, 50 leg lifts
Wed (10/5) - 20-25 laps in the pool (I lost count)
Thurs (10/6) - 5.1 mile run, 500 meters of rowing, 50 leg raises, and 100 crunches
Fri (10/7) - Day off
Sat (10/8) - 12.5 miles of biking, 1.25 mile run, 200 crunches, 50 incline crunches (I was so bored Saturday I thought about going to the gym again)
Sun (10/9) - 14 miles of biking, 3.3 mile run
More fun to continue...
