further proof that people should listen a little closer when i think something is wrong.....

today we went to ship out an amp to sweden
and last week my boss had said something about putting a speaker in the cabinet and getting it prepped for him
after he left that day i looked around to see what combo cabs we had
and low and behold there were none.
so i double checked the work order
and sure enough it was supposed to be a combo
the speaker was listed and everything

so the next day i mentioned to my boss that it was kinda impossible to prep a cab we didn't have
and he corrected himself and said we did have it and that it was just supposed to be a head cab not a combo
i looked at him funny, with that "i think you're crazy" look
and then i remembered a conversation we'd had when the order was first placed
about something being wrong on the work order
and how it had specified a head but was indeed a combo.
so i brought that up
but no one believed me....go figure.

so when my boss was looking for the guy's address in their old email conversations
guess what he found out?!?

IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A COMBO.
so packaged and ready was a head cab and not a combo.
thank god we were late and missed DHL.
otherwise that would've been one pissed customer.
